Things You’ll Need

  • Cold Pressed Castor Oil
  • A Medium-Sized Bowl
  • Clean Cotton Cloths
  • A Heating Pad
  • Scissors
  • Tongs

Directions

  1. Begin the remedy by filling a bowl with enough castor oil.
  2. Next, divide the cotton fabric into two equal rectangular pieces and soak them in the castor oil.
  3. After 1-2 minutes, remove the saturated fabrics from the bowl and wring out any extra castor oil.

  1. First, choose a comfortable, quiet place to lie on a large towel or plastic sheet.
  2. Next, put those two oil-soaked pieces, one on top of the other, on the chest and throat.
