  • One cup of coarse sea salt or Epsom salt
  • A quarter cup of dried rose petals
  • One cup of whole milk

  1. Take a cheesecloth and put the cinnamon powder in it and tie it up.
  2. If you are using the cinnamon sticks, use them while you are running the bath. However, if you are using the cinnamon powder in cheesecloth, add it later with other ingredients.
  3. Once the warm bath water is ready, add the ingredients to your tub.
  4. Now soak and relax in the bath for forty-five to sixty minutes.
  5. After the bath, rinse or shower with warm water.

Note: You can always add all the ingredients in the cheesecloth bag. The bag will help you give a gentle massage (slow circular motion), and reduce your efforts to clean up afterward.
