  • One cup of coarse sea salt or Epsom salt
  • A quarter cup of dried rose petals
  • One cup of whole milk

  3. Once the warm bath water is ready, add the ingredients to your tub.
  4. Now soak and relax in the bath for forty-five to sixty minutes.
  5. After the bath, rinse or shower with warm water.

Note: You can always add all the ingredients in the cheesecloth bag. The bag will help you give a gentle massage (slow circular motion), and reduce your efforts to clean up afterward.
