  1. Take around two tablespoons of red clover seeds and rinse them to clear all debris (if any).
  2. Now, place these seeds in a quart-size wide-mouthed mason jar with a sprouting screen and Half a cup of water. Leave the seeds to soak overnight.
  3. The next morning, drain the seeds through the screen and rinse them well again.
  4. Now place the seeds in a sprouter.
  5. You have to rinse and drain these seeds every 12 hours for the next three to four days, till the germination takes place and then place the sprouts in indirect sunlight.
  6. The draining and rinsing process should stop when a majority of the sprouts have open green leaves.
  7. Now, just before the final rinse, remove the seed hulls.
  8. The sprouts are perishable, so make sure you store them in an air-tight container or a produce storage bag if you are going to store them in the refrigerator.
  9. Use these sprouts in salads, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, cold dips, and as a garnish over food.
