How to Make a Homemade Diffuser | Non-Toxic Essential Oil Diffuser

This DIY project is easy and helps you get rid of any foul smell in your home or car. It’s no great deal to make this as it barely takes 5-minutes to get ready and is made using basic ingredients like essential oil and carrier oil. Homemade Reed Diffuser deodorizes the air in your room and lifts up your mood! Check out this step-by-step tutorial to make your HOMEMADE DIFFUSER.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Glass container
  • Safflower or Sweet Almond Oil
  • Essential Oil
  • Diffuser Reeds

Procedure:

1. Add Carrier Oil

In a glass container, add 3/4th cup of safflower oil or any carrier oil. It’s recommended not to use a carrier oil with strong fragrance!

2. Essential Oil

Add essential oils of your choice. You can use as many combinations of essential oil as you like! here she has used Freesia essential oil, Jasmine essential oil, Lavender and sweet orange essential oil.

3. Pour into container

Give a quick and nice stir to the mixture and then pour it into the glass container. The final step is to add the diffuser reeds and your homemade diffuser is ready to spread the sweet smell all over your room!

You can also use this homemade diffuser as a gift by adding a personalized tag or monogram on the glass container. This DIY is cheap and simple to make in least time.
