  • One tablespoon of dried lavender flowers
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Five drops of lavender essential oil
  • Five drops of rosemary essential oil
  • Four tablespoons of sea salt

Steps

  1. Boil five cups of water and remove from heat. Add the herbs to this water and cover it for 30-40 minutes.
