How To Make Donkey Milk Soap?

Let us walk you through two simple recipes of donkey milk soap.

Recipe – 1


  • 1 kg Crystal Donkey Milk Melt and Pour
  • 20 gm Almond oil
  • 100 gm Ground almonds
  • Five drops fragrance or essential oil
  • Two handfuls of dried jasmine flowers
  • 100% alcohol spray


  1. Chop the crystal donkey milk and melt it in the microwave for 2 minutes until it is completely melted.
  2. Add the almond oil and ground almonds along with jasmine flowers and mix in thoroughly.
  3. Take a silicone mold and spray it with alcohol. Pour the jasmine mixture into the mold and respray it with alcohol.
  4. In the remaining mold, add the donkey milk. Sprinkle some dried flowers on the top of the milk.
  5. Leave it to dry for 12 hours and then unmold and cut them in desired sizes. 

Recipe – 2


  • 1 kg Donkey Milk Melt and Pour Soap Base
  • Five drops fragrance or essential oil
  • 40 gm Organic Calendula Extract (Water Soluble)
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons Dried Calendula Petals
  • Droppers
  • 100% alcohol spray


  1. Cut the Donkey Milk into small cubes, and then heat on low flame for 30 seconds so that it melts completely. 
  2. In the melted Donkey Milk, add the Calendula Extract, Essential Oil, and the Calendula flowers. Mix them thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Carefully pour the mixed ingredients into the soap mold and spray it with alcohol to remove any surface bubbles.
  4. Let it set completely. Remove it from the molds. 

How To Use Donkey Milk Soap?

The donkey milk soap is advised to be used regularly three times a day – in the morning, afternoon, and evening. You should make a foam of the donkey milk soap and put it like a mask on your face. Let it be there for at least 5 minutes, and then wash it off. Since there is no side effect of this soap, it can be used all over the body.

Following tips can help in storing the donkey milk soap efficiently:

  1. Keep Donkey milk Soap away from water.
  2. Store it in a covered container, preferably airtight.
  3. Keep the soap in an appropriate soap dish that allows for drainage.
  4. Store the soaps in smaller pieces in a pouch or plastic bag.
