#1 Rose and Chamomile Face Scrub
Ingredients
- A tablespoon of dried rose petals
- 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers or a tea bag of chamomile tea
- Raw honey- 2 teaspoons
- 2 teaspoons of sweet almond oil
- 3-4 tablespoons of rosewater
Method:
- In a food processor, grind the rose petals and dried chamomile flowers. And take out the mixture in a clean bowl.
- Add the honey, sweet almond oil and rosewater to the mix.
- Apply the scrub and massage in a circular motion. Add more rosewater if you feel the scrub to be dry. The drier the scrub is, the more the chances that it can cause rashes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Tone your face with rosewater and moisturize with your favorite face serum.
#2 Sugar Chamomile Face Scrub
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 2 drops of frankincense oil
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl.
- Rinse your face with water and pat dry.

- A tablespoon of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 drops of rose essential oil
- Rosewater as required
Method:
- In a food processor, ground the rose petals and oats.
- Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl
- Add rosewater to create a thick paste.
- Massage the face scrub on the face and neck in a circular motion.
- Wash with lukewarm water.
- Tone and moisturize skin after cleaning.
