#1 Rose and Chamomile Face Scrub

Ingredients

  1. A tablespoon of dried rose petals
  2. 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers or a tea bag of chamomile tea
  3. Raw honey- 2 teaspoons
  4. 2 teaspoons of sweet almond oil
  5. 3-4 tablespoons of rosewater

Method:

  1. In a food processor, grind the rose petals and dried chamomile flowers. And take out the mixture in a clean bowl.
  2. Add the honey, sweet almond oil and rosewater to the mix.
  3. Apply the scrub and massage in a circular motion. Add more rosewater if you feel the scrub to be dry. The drier the scrub is, the more the chances that it can cause rashes.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  5. Tone your face with rosewater and moisturize with your favorite face serum.

#2 Sugar Chamomile Face Scrub

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons of sugar
  2. 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1 chamomile tea bag
  4. 2 drops of frankincense oil

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl.
  2. Rinse your face with water and pat dry.
  3. Gently massage the scrub on your face and neck in a circular motion
  4. Rinse with cold water and pat dry
  5. Apply moisturiZer of your choice/preference.

#3 Oats Chamomile Face Scrub

  1. One chamomile tea bag
  2. 1 tablespoon of dried rose petals
  3. A tablespoon of rolled oats
  4. 2 tablespoons of honey
  5. 2 drops of rose essential oil
  6. Rosewater as required

Method:

  1. In a food processor, ground the rose petals and oats.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl
  3. Add rosewater to create a thick paste.
  4. Massage the face scrub on the face and neck in a circular motion.
  5. Wash with lukewarm water.
  6. Tone and moisturize skin after cleaning.

#4 Chamomile and Coffee Scrub

Ingredients:

  1. 1-2 teabags of chamomile tea
  2. 1 tablespoon of coffee powder
  3. 2 teaspoons of honey
  4. 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  5. Rosewater as required

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a clean bowl
  2. Apply and massage the scrub on your face and neck in a circular motion.
  3. Wash off and rinse with lukewarm water
  4. Tone your face with rosewater and end with a face serum of your choice or massage with coconut oil (very small quantity)
